Removal of Mobile Confirmations for Steam Market Listings?

I listed a few items on the market today and noticed that my phone did not notify me to confirm before listing.

Usually the Steam app will just send a delayed notification to confirm. However, I went ahead and refreshed my inventory and the items were listed WITHOUT mobile confirmation.

Did I miss something? Is this happening with anyone else?
