You do not get a "profit" for donating. You should be getting the satisfaction that you did a nice thing for somebody. Games get added to the bundled list and prices change, but you still have the satisfaction that you made somebody's day. :D

como dice Rimski, los bundle tambien son precios temporales, aparte de que el juego estaba al 90% de descuento este te regalaba otra copia del mismo, no se por que no pensaste en que lo fueran a poner como bundle (siendo que aparte te lo explican en las reglas)

Una oferta temporal que estaba el juego a 90% y te daba 2 copias, con menos de $2 conseguias un CV altisimo, algo que obviamente no es justo ya que en realidad no pagaste eso. Si queres CV, hace giveaways con juegos que no esten en ofertas como esas, que con 10 meses aqui deberias saber que el juego termina en la lista de bundle.

Simple: era un abuso lo que hacían. Todos invertían menos de 10 dólares en comprar copias de ese juego y terminaban con un total de 400 dólares aportados o más. Era una locura totalmente injusta.
Si aún estás enojado, mirale el lado bueno: los que abusaron y sortearon como 30 copias tendrían un aporte altísimo, y todo el mundo crearía sorteos con requisitos muy altos, así como hacen muchos ahora con lo de $30.01 pero con cifras exageradas, para que no entren los que abusaron del sistema y no sortearon algo más que ese juego. Ni vos, ni yo ni casi nadie podría entrar a tales sorteos si eso fuese así.

A ver, te lo voy a explicar para que hasta alguien como tú lo entienda: cuando un juego tiene un descuento de más del 95% en la página que sea se añade a la lista de bundles, si el descuento no llega a tanto no se añade. Una vez que el juego ha tenido ese descuento, todos los sorteos que se hayan realizado a partir del momento en el que obtuvo ese descuento no dan más de 30$. ¿La razón? Es imposible que la página pueda saber si tú has pagado 1€, 2€, 50€ o si lo has conseguido gratis. Y el que lo sorteó antes de que se pusiera de oferta no ha podido comprarlo al precio que tú lo has hecho porque es imposible, así que di por qué hay que quitarle la contribución a esas personas.
Ahora, no todo el mundo es como tú, a algunos les gusta regalar por el hecho de regalar un juego que les guste, ¿estás diciendo que en ese caso hay que pagar el precio completo del juego, no se puede aprovechar ninguna oferta? E incluso si la gente regala sólo para ganar CV, mientras sigan las reglas de la página y comprendan cómo funciona el sistema de bundles que hagan lo que les dé la gana.

El juego daba una copia gratis por cada copia que comprabas, es decir, si comprabas un pack de 4 te llevabas 8 copias, de ahí que tenga más del 95% de descuento. ¿Que tú no lo has comprado por el 95% de descuento? Vale, pero sí lo has comprado al 90% de descuento. Como ese juego ha tenido antes un 95% de descuento ya siempre cuenta como bundle game, pero no vengas tú llamando a los demás estafadores cuando lo único que has hecho es pensar que era una buena oportunidad para ganar mucho CV apenas pagando nada. La cosa te ha salido mal, lo siento mucho.

Well i think there should be clear list for people and link for it right beside of "make giveaway" button.
The list should look simple like this
"name of the game" "valor of the game on steam" "valor of the game on SG" and if it's not equal then one more line (reason here why the game is not equal [exploited/bundled and link to bundles or pictures of exploit) so no one could complain about it.

glad they did something about this, although it seems like steamgifts SLOWS down ALOT when a recent update to the bundle list occurs and it's rlly irritatin to have to wait to sign up for giveaways. i also dont like this whole contribution farm using bundle games and sale games, it has no feeling of generosity just someone tryin to get into more exclusive giveaways

Well... if you are sad about loosing of 85CV think about other side of medal. If your CV was counted by real buy value instead of getting "max bundle value" with your bundled/exploited games ($30) you would get for example 7x$0.13 + 3x$0.05 + 4x$0= $1.06 CV. Yay, so much CV!!!
