Almost everything doesn't worth the price tag, except tier 1 if you own nothing. Other tiers seems more like waste of money.
Also, if you buy the whole bundle, you'll be missing these from Killing Floor 1 Complete Your Set!:

Are there other reasons why this bundle isn't worth it? For example was there a better bundle in the past that put forward these missing DLCs? Are the killing floor 2 DLCs also incomplete? I'm leaning on buying but I don't want to make a mistake if its better to just wait next year for another rollout.

Killing Floor Complete has been bundled once a very long time ago I believe. There's still some keys around. People treat them like golden pot. Doesn't even worth to look for them and I don't think they will make another complete bundle again. Just forget about the complete version. Killing Floor 2 have just one DLC (the deluxe upgrade). I say they don't worth because the price per item skyrocket every tier, making you pay much more for even less. If you consider content itself, this goes even worst. Every tier makes you pay more for cosmetic instead of actual content. So, overall, IMO only the tier 1 worth the price tag. If you buy them on sale, you tend to get better deal, specially if you already have some items bought on sale or previous bundles. My region definitively have a better price than this bundle... But, you may wanna consider the final price of discounted pack on your region. Oh, also, consider this is a relatively old game... You may wanna watch some reviews before you buy.

Wow thanks for all this. I actually have both Killing Floor 1 and 2. Love them to death but i have 0 DLCs. Still super tempting but Idk I'd prefer to get the complete set rather than pay in bits.

killing floor 2 has "dlc" like a f2p game. think counter strike go there are tones of items on the market but characters and the guns (they promised they would never create items like that but did) can only be purchased in the store in game.

wow...I really don't like that. I'm guessing this bundle doesn't even put half of what's on sale in KF2. This is looking like a not so worth it purchase anymore.

After doing some research myself before I re-download KF2 (got roughly 400h in it, stopped playing about 1-2 years ago) it seems like Tripwire have, like other people have noted, implemented an in-game store where you can buy exclusive weapons, for a horrific cost of $10/each. While I generally consider this a shady practice (since it doesn't show up as DLC on Steam), it is even worse considering that Tripwire apparently had promised that there would ever be such practice from their side in KF2.
The more important point I'm going to make is, after going over the DLCs on Humble and cross-referencing it with the wiki, it seems like buying T3 doesn't even give you the Ion Thruster, the Blunderbuss, the Glock 18c, or the Road Redeemer (unlocked by owning the game Road Redemption). That's four weapons, three of which would cost $10/each to buy from the in-game store.
Personally I don't care all too much for the skins, but I want to be able to get and own every weapon (even if I don't use them), and since this bundle isn't complete currently (even at T3), I will probably pass on this altogether. You can also be sure that they'll continue adding $10/each weapons...

Yeah this sealed the deal for me here. I'm not getting this bundle in the end. I feel dirty inside purchasing KF2. I didn't see DLC so I assumed that was the end of the payments. How wrong I was. I can't stand microtransactions. So this bundle is dead to me now.

No need to feel dirty inside for purchasing KF2... Like me you have to be content with the hours spent and remember the game fondly, before it took a turn for the worse. I can barely stand micro-transactions either, I do understand they are a way for developers to make money, but there's a difference to me between selling skins and selling weapons, and to that price as well. Huge game killer for me... Now, if they could stop adding achievements for every new level they release so I could get 100% and it'll remain there...

KF is an awesome game, but the DLCs are completely useless. I would recommend the bundle only to someone who never played it before, even if it's so old and has been given away for free multiple times so I don't think there is any.

I think there was a point in time where I would've bought the full tier for KF2 stuff, but I've already moved on.
Also like any other game with microtransaction cosmetics, the in-game rewards eventually become better than the paid ones.

I'm not sure what you mean by that.
T1 includes:
- Killing Floor Retail + Killing Floor DLC 1 + Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is NOT another copy of the base game itself - it's just an item that you can give to a friend to grant him temporary access (he won't be able to play it after this period ends).
- KF1 Humble Tier 1 DLC which is just a DLC pack, without the base game.

I already have Kf1 and Kf2 but I'll be getting t3. KF:Incursion is something I want and all the dlcs, skins, characters etc are stuff I'd use. Pretty good bundle imo
