You don't have premium membership.
No premium = you can wait up to 7 days before you get the key.
Premium = you get the key in next 2 hours.

The autor may be not by PC so they cannot send you the key. They have to send it to you within 7 days so wait patiently. (they can be even on holiday now)

Even if they included the key when creating the giveaway through the website, they need to send it manually through SteamGifts once the giveaway is over...
