What if I should bite a few people.. instead of consuming every bit.. and the aliens will come back to try to cure the disease I bring...

This created a paradox that can't be solved.
Someone has to start teaching us, in order for us to teach ourselfes.
If we teach ourselfs, then we later become the people that teached us. But who started teaching us so that we might become our own teachers?

Actually it's a lot simpler with certain ideas of how time works. The most logical explanation I know of on how time works, is it's constantly liner, you CANNOT go back in time.. In the same universe. You could travel to a much more primitive identical universe, with the self-taught knowledge of civilization, and build up THAT human civilization. There's no unrepairable loop when it comes to time when you understand that.

I actually wrote a dissertation regarding time travel and paradoxa, I do know quite a lot about it all and I am also familiar with Multiple-Univers theory to resolve them. But saying that one particular way is the right one and that people need to understnd how that works because it is the only correct one is rather silly. Science is all about facts, if you can't prove it remains a theory and if you can't falsify it it also remains a theory.
Multiple Universes are a solution, yes, but so are various others.

The problem with that wikipedia post, from what I see, is that it automatically assumes all theories must be correct. But we know that is not always the case. Something may seem correct, like thinking photons are particles and move as particles, but then it turns out the theory was not correct and photons move like waves and only arrive as particles.
It might have been better for me to say Hypothesis, which would have been more correct, but I still think a theory is something that tries to describe a problem that can't be solved and a theory may always turn out to be wrong.

Yes, hypothesis fits much better in a scientific context. Basically, a theory is a way of explaining things we see in the world that makes sense to our imperfect minds. No, the Wikipedia article doesn't automatically assume that all theories must be correct (I'm not sure where that came from). I'm too lazy/busy to explain further, but here's a link that explains quite well:

No one knows what is out there, and you can't say that there is no aliens an no one helped people build pydamids, statues...maybe.
When people will travel to galaxy, to other planets, to other solar sistems then we will see... What exactly is out there

It's systematically impossible for us the be the only intelligent life forms, but the scarey thing is we don't want to find aliens, and we SURE as HELL don't want them to find us.
You all seem to think they'd be friendly, I can almost assure you, they would not be, considering the hostility's on our planet, they would almost certainly consider us a threat.

what if our future generations are visiting(or visited) us, but they don't know that its earth.
suppose 100000 years later, human are gone from earth, then after a million years(idk if humans would survive), they are travelling different solar systems and found earth, not knowing its earth, and found the people of very first civilization, teaches them different things, basic thing, which they will understand.
and then, there are bad human also, so there will be a war(in our case, there were many wars between "gods and monsters"). good guys wins most of them, so now we have Bible, Quran, Bhagvad Gita, Mahabharata holy books. we have different religion coz different "future humans" visited different civ's.
and after that, we are in 2013/14, talking about how all this happened or not. that why our history is so mysterious? why there are gods? why religions?
and that is dude one of the possibilities that might have happened

Are you from the future? Because in the year 2013 we haven't yet started terraforming mars and we can only guess when humans will no longer live on Earth. You seem to have some insider information about the future to be able to throw out information as fact that would otherwise be considered a total guess.

Whatever you're on, I want some.
Aliens building pyramids is not a common belief. It's actually spontaneous, because cubes tesselate/are really freaking easy to make with clay/dirt, and pyramids are naturally stable. In fact, so stable that children build them with alphabet cubes.

This thread reminds me of my old self a few years ago, questioning myself:
"Why do we exist?"
"Why are we in the middle of nowhere?" (we are nothing in this universe, yet we are here, for a reason, said reason could be linked anything that a person thinks of)
"What is the real goal in life?" (other than reproduce and have good times, those to me aren't real goals in life, majority thinks it is)
Then other questions started showing up, such as:
"What were humans like in the old days? All these myths and legends, are they real or fantasy of some crazy old man?"
(I never believed in god, and Jesus to me is a crazy man from the old times, like any of his followers. Any crazy smartass could write a book and make it popular, back then it was probably that much easier to do so)
All i can tell you is that, living a life is like playing computer games, you only have one life though with the current soul you "possess", so choose well what to do with it. I do believe that once we die, soul renews itself, like good as new, sometimes keeping tiny fragments of a previous life you had.
Also, the way things are, anything could be the reality behind the scenes, people saying you are 100% stupid or crazy are even worst than you are, they never looked themselves in the mirror, we don't know anything at all. So speculating things and questioning ourselves is the way to go, we will never know the truth to these questions. It's something that belongs to even more intellectual beings, if there are any out there or if we end up surpassing the SWAGasapian age with success (which i doubt, could be the end of us).
And one last thing, i also believe that ancient technology is lost to us, myths like "atlantis", if they were/are real. There are alot of documentaries showing "ancient" buildings that were constructed thousands of years ago with advanced technology, like having huge palaces built with openings for the air circulation within the building, ways of making a building that projected the light towards places, stuff like this. While not using technology directly itself, it was made by smart and intellectual people.

Hey guys.
I've been thinking about this and I would like to share my thoughts and see what you think.
So, it's common belief that aliens visited our planet thousands of years ago and helped us build multiple structures that still amaze us today.
How completely different civilizations thousands of KMs apart (like in America and Africa) built structures pointing to the exact same constellations or made stuff picturing the exact same things.
We used to believe that what we called gods were actually beings from the outer space. That they taught us their ways ('God created mankind in his own image').
BUT! What if this is not the truth?
What if actually the technologically advanced people who visited us thousands of years ago were actually ourselves from the future?
Maybe these planets, maybe they will be mankind's next home after Earth finally collapses? What if they were pointing us in the right direction?
Once again, 'God created mankind in his own image'. Of course! We were taught ourselves, we created ourselves!
We thought the space beings were pointing us towards their home. What if WE were pointing OURSELVES towards our OWN FUTURE HOME?
