Question about Winnings

You receive it once the giveaway creator sends it to you. If it's a key you'll be able to redeem it from here and if it's a gift then they will either send it to your e-mail address or add you on steam to personally send the gift.

The winner is picked randomly from the entrants, but it is up to the giveaway creator to send the gift or key to the winner.
They have up to 7 days after the drawing to do so. :)

Giveaway creators have to send the key/gift after the giveaway completes. (Even if they insert the key during the creation of the giveaway.)

No, the winner needs to either click "Send Key", send the key/gift in email, or add you in Steam to give you the key/gift.
