There is no way for SG to remove your CV unless they completely remove your giveaways AFAIK. As long as you can see your giveaways on your "created" list, you get CV for them (unless. of course, their value appears as 0 for some reason, but it's site-wide and not related to YOUR giveaways).
What happened is probably some other game went down in value and/or some games were retroactively put in bundle games list.

Sadly - I think that people like OP are the reason why free games should NEVER come back to SG :(

Same- but apparently it was a very small promotion, with comparatively few copies given. That's why you can still make a giveaway for it (I think- maybe it got disabled again after this debacle).

Whitelisted some games which were before on blacklist and do not gives exp for this games -.- Wow nice, ty sg that I lost 16 keys O.o
