It surely is weird that they were reinstated, as it was weird when they were given for free in the first place.
Do we know how many free keys were distributed?
Because there was a gleam giveaway for Nova-111 some time ago, but there were so few keys that removing it was deemed unnecessary.

I think that games that were only free for a brief moment should be allowed to be given away on SG. Even more so if we are talking about games like Victor Vran and similar.

My understanding is that if there was not a large free distribution of the game, it may possibly be allowed to list giveaways for it again. I asked about Giana Sisters: Dream Runners and it was added back. I have asked about other games and they were not allowed.

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, allowing users to give away games that have been free incentivises snagging multiple copies and hoard them for CV. On the other, there are still plenty of users here that don't have the games in question (like me, still want Victor Vran) and would still like a chance to win them.

These games were removed from steamgifts due to Nox (Nex?) german site giving them away for free and they are already being abused by a few users who got a lot of copies by creating multiple accounts (can't say it's a coincidence to give 5 copies of each game given away for free).
Is it bannable or SG should just let it slip?
I mean it's good they are back on SG since not much copies were given away, but it's still abusing the system.
What are your thoughts?
