I think the part about the region restrictions is a bit confusing. What you meant was that it can't be redeemed in Russia and Belarus?

i may be doing this wrong, or misunderstand part of the instructions.... but did bump in another event you messaged in?
went searching for if i bumped in the mega-event you posted, but i guess i forgot, apologies, i'm usually good about that, but last couple days i've been dealing with an arm injury.
