How do we know this isn't Digital Homicide? I don't want to risk more legal action, but they did have a certain reputation for evasiveness on this matter...

3000AD have been around for about 10 times as long as Digital Homicide for one - their first game BattleCruiser 3000AD had it's 20 years anniversary a few weeks ago.

Also, 3000AD actually spend time designing and developing their games & assets, instead of slapping a few random packs from the unity asset store together and releasing it (followed changing a camera angle and releasing that as a sequel, then reskinning it and releasing it as 2 more games...)

The only good thing about Battlecruiser 3000AD was the advert when it came out.

Oh my, 3000AD, this name brings back so much memories. Digital Homicide is nothing compared to Derek Smart and his company, he is legend. And what topic about Derek Smart without this video?
