Some of the models are FBX files which will import into Unity, but I haven't found a process that imports DBA files, which is the majority that I've seen so far. I haven't downloaded the textures yet since those bundles are multiple gigabytes. Normally, you'd see some license that says for use only in their game engine, but I don't see any limitations; could change though.

Indeed it is. That's what I'm afraid is going to happen in the future, we're not going to get two robust regular bundles that are staggered at 2-week intervals, rather, one of those bundles is going to be what used to be a weekly bundle, stretched out to last two weeks.
