Is there ANY way to see my games from a browser like steam? The damn software is so damn slow.

These are the ways I know.
You need to open "transactions" or "Apps and accounts" sections from the "account" tab.

It's not in a browser but you might want to try GOG Galaxy. It has an official plugin for Epic.

There's a simple fix for this.

If you are on windows, just look for the settings, apps and scroll until you see the game store. Then click on it and choose uninstall.

Problem solved.

Bottom left corner of the Steam window has a button for "Add a game"

Just click that, and select any game you've installed from EGS or anywhere else.
The launcher for the game will still be used, but you can at least not have to open the EGS app unless the game needs to.

After 2 years of EGS freebies, i've begun removing games from my Steam wishlist if i have them on EGS. Was mainly playing Civ 6 really, but just got gifted a Steam copy, and i still kinda prefer Steam to EGS or GOG galaxy.

As said by Thexder already, Playnite can be a good option. If I understand your need, it's not really about getting the list from anywhere on a browser, but more about getting it quicker locally than in the Epic software. So Playnite can be the solution, it has a bit of a loading time at launch, but after that it is very efficient. And it has support for almost every launchers, from Steam to Epic, Indiegala, Amazon games, etc.
