Same problem here. Can't sync since a week and so I can not enter giveaways anymore. Switching steam settings does not help at all.

Yeah, I've tried making every possible setting as open as it can be, waiting, toggling things to make sure they're being saved, sync is still bugged. Sad.

Just noticed now, bugged for me too and "last synced 4 days ago".
The new profile upgrade that launched with the sale probably have caused this.

Mine auto-synced 9 hours ago so it's probably RNG if it works or not, the usual, nothing to do with the new Steam stuff? Who knows.

Works 100% of the time for me too. But then Steam has surprising difficulties to show my inventory every now and then. Lord Gaben rolls the dice and we can only sacrifice more money in attempt to make him more benevolent.
