Same thing happened to me few days ago. Contact steam support. It might take a couple weeks for you to get the item... I haven't received mine yet.

If i'm not mistaken, there is a bug when an item is just not viewable. To fix it it's necessary to change something in inventory: f.x. list an item on market or acquire a new one - this should update your inventory.
