Rocket League Gold Level Duo or trio

If anyone fancies joining up for a duo or trio match who is around GOLD level then you're more than welcome to add me as a friend and we can play some evenings. The most important thing is that we don't blame each other for mistakes and it remains civil. It's only a bit of fun and not to be taken too seriously, so if you're not scared to lose then you are most welcome. I am level 60 so I've played a bit.
I figure that instead of playing with random players that are occasionally nasty and immature I could play regularly with some people. Hopefully we would then get used to each others play, even pick roles for each other (I like defending), and we might start getting promoted faster. :)

P.S. Can you can still get promoted if you pick your own team? I haven't really done it before so am not sure.
