Blacklist

I've never used a Blacklist one here before, but I'm pretty sure it's just making a List and getting it approved by support before making the giveaway.

Well, to start your very first blacklist, you must internally hate someone on the Internet... :3

I wonder if I'm in someone's blacklist...

Submit a support ticket requesting approval for blacklist usage. After being approved, create a list of usernames for the blacklist and link it in your future giveaway descriptions.

You need permission from Support for using blacklist. There are also limitations on where and when it can be used. I strongly recommend reading the FAQ and threads linked in there before submitting support ticket.
