Yay I won a game

So, i just won a giveaway for Lucius. The key given was a dupe and then he gave a key to make it up (also a dupe lol). I told him it was against the Guidelines and now he has blacklisted me. Should I submit a user report on him since he broke the rules and is not allowing me to contact him?

Well he was trying to give me a key for a different game as a way to make up the difference and he also is not allowing me to contact him by blacklisting me

Giveaways should accurately reflect the game being given away (copy and paste from guidelines). He was trying to give me a different key to make me mark it as received.

But it would be a problem for the winner if he receive another game and the creator tell him to mark as received.

Yes, I could see it as a fair trade to agree to a deletion, but certainly not to mark the original game as received.

You mark it as not received even if he gives you a bughati in exchange ... cause in the end of the day you are the one who will get in trouble if you mark it as received.
