I have won a Frozen Synapse Bundle but...
Wasn't I supposed to receive my gift code or bundle link in my email?
The giveawayer added me on Steam, but why doesn't he send me the link on my email?!

From the Frequently Asked Questions:
I won a giveaway, but haven't received the gift.
The giveaway creator has 1 week to email it before you can mark the gift as "Not received". If it's been more than 24 hours since the giveaway ended try and add the giveaway host to Steam and remind them to send the gift.

Does adding a person really work? There are so many scammers that it would be complicated, unless the giveaway giver asks you to put something on your profile in the chat and then checks your profile through the site to see if its there.

People can add you and send it via Steam, there is no requirement for it to be sent via email, it just can be to avoid any hassle in the process.
