Yes, if that was the game you won on here it should be activated on your steam account, so you would need to cancel the GA. Regifting on the site will get you suspended.

If you don;t have the money to spend on games, but still want to give some away.occasionally, you could take a look at tremor games. With simple tasks you earn coins which can be traded against free steam keys for games...
