Contact the giveaway creator and explain you can't activate it. Give them a chance to give you the non restricted gift. If they can't then wait 7 days after the ending of the giveaway to mark the gift not received.

Inform the giveaway creator, decline the gift, mark as not received. If you want, report the creator for misleading giveaway. That's pretty much it.
Also, please remove identifying data from the screenshot and remove the giveaway link. Calling out other users is against the rules.

Don't believe what imelman said. DON'T request a DRM free version of the game.
The rules are very clear. Don't mark a game as received if you didn't get a STEAM copy of it. Otherwise somebody could accuse you of not using your won games. This could get you a suspension. Have a nice day :)

No, thank you. You're certainly on my whitelist from now on. That kind of understanding is truly rare to see, as per previous entitled answers (report him unless he gives you a non-restricted gift naaoooo!) Talking it out is certainly the way to go here as the marks are permanent on the profile and if it is a mistake only resentment towards the site and it's users will be created. I've already met a few otherwise polite, good people with lots of games, doing giveaways in chat, who have had their giveaways marked not received on steamgifts which made them bitter about this site.

Every community nowadays is selfish and unkind.
Its funny since i come from Emulation communities where things are pretty much illigal, yet everyone there is kind, helpfull and thankfull for all the work you put in them, some even offer money fr your help wich everyone basicly deny's and says they are glad to help people.
Its a real shame seeying that these communities are dead.
