dang I can't claim in Canada :(

Did not work on the Nintendo web store, but I was able to claim it on my Switch 2 through the store without issues.

I tried with VPN (I use Bright VPN) but not working.

It can be claimed from outside US if you set your location to United Service in your system settings on your Switch device. Just for good measure, I also set my country to United States on my Nintendo account profile. The game should then be claimable from your Switch. Afterwards, just revert those settings back to your actual location.
