No, still a hilarious bug.. or is it? Might as well be their intention to get more attention while in reality they force you to buy the franchise pack (if you want Risen 1 included) and that pack of course is not exactly cheap.

You know, year ago, the day when Valiant Hearts just came out, i was walking with my friend. After we both got to our houses, he paid full price to buy that game. I entered Steam too, and figured that there was glitch with 98% (maybe 99%, dont remember) discount. And i managed to buy it from another user for cards valued ~60 cents lol. I even got a copy for my friend, but then i saw that he bought it XD.

Same situation happened with Tropico 4, but this time i bought it by myself to me and friend, and you know, these games staying on my ours account with no problems.

But if you meant like "you can't buy stuff with >100% discount" then yes, i can't too
