Given that it's nothing but parody and jokes, I would say.. not particularly :P
The quality doesn't look too bad, though, so it may be good for some laughs for anime/VN fans such as myself. :)
Unabashedly goofy, the game takes every trope you know from visual novels, and puts a distinctly Tank-Related twist on them!

Hey! Developer of Panzermadels here.
The game is primarily a dark comedy, and if you've watched anime, classic American films, or played other Visual Novels, you'll see the homage and parody. There's a mix of situational comedy, and reference. As they say "the devil is in the details", so throughout the game there are lots of 'Easter eggs' hidden about in the background or in dates and such mentioned that will add to the humor if you get the jokes.

The 'simulator' bit clued me in that it wasn't likely going to be a title known for its depth of content. :P
I'm just hoping the humor'll be decent and the story passable, rather'n basically ending up a Sakura game that substitutes humor references in place of Sakura's straightforward sex references [and lets really hope it doesn't end up a mix of both].
Hopefully this thread encourages some of the more gung-ho to give it look at launch, and give us some first impressions in the reviews as to whether this has any substance to its humor and story, or if it's all just mindless gags. :X
Either way, I'm definitely not getting the impression that it'll attempt anything as involved as Hatoful- so it'll no doubt live or die on the quality of its humor alone. :/

Panzermadels is pretty tame in terms of sexual content, and most of the 'sexual humor' is through innuendo as opposed to outright 'anime bewbs'.
We like to think that our writing is pretty funny, it's a dark comedy overall, so don't expect a "happily ever after" experience, but there's a bit of lampooning other works, tank and WW2 related puns, parody, and humor. It's not a straight up mindless gag, and if you look around while playing, you'll notice some Easter eggs that'll make you chuckle. Also... if you date the Russian, don't say I didn't warn you, there's literally a big red (Soviet) flag in one scene. Not my fault if you make bad choices and end up blown apart, hah!
