I already have the CS:GO so what will happen if I wanna buy the CS Complete Pack?
a) I can't buy it
b) I will get CS:GO as a gift
c) CS:GO will get rekt
d) anything else

You will get all of the games added to your library except for the ones you already have. Steam game packs don't give trade-able copies in your inventory unless it specifically states so on the store page.
