Missing Whitelisted GA Blocks me from SGTools.com Train

Hi there!

I tried to access a giveaway that is behind Sgtools.com, but I am blocked for an "inactivated win" rule.

It turns out that the it involved one of my last year's win for "Railway Empire," but I am blocked the whitelist which produced this giveaway for some reason and the game itself is missing in my Steam library. Never found time to play this game, let alone discover this bug until it's too late ;(

Is there any good workaround through this bug?

Are you sure you have activated the game? Are you sure you have activated the same app as title being given away in GA?

Go here: https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ and check July/August what game was activated.

If you have activated the game and it turns out that it is wrong APP ID (not same as stated in GA) - make a ticket to the support describing the issue.

Also you can buy yourself the Railway Empire...

If you got a key from that giveaway, I would try to activate it again to see what it is for.
Contacting the creator seems to be out of question as they deleted their account here
