Oh, it's time consuming (in that you have to log in every day) and if you don't live in North America, you'll have to spend even longer. I gave up ages ago. I think I'm level 23 or 24. Can't be arsed since we don't even get the weekly quest, or the main daily quests anymore.

I don't know how long you've been away, but they got rid of the puzzle weekly quest, and have a weekly Steam Quest (play select games, if you have them, for 25 ARP per game). This was part of them revamping the ARP system, so it's easier to level up now, with daily quests that include watching Twitch or just hanging out on the site for a while. You get significantly more ARP per week than before.

A long long time lol. I quit using their site around the time they made the new clunky interface. I was annoyed about the ARP being difficult to rank up for Europeans, then the site navigation made it even more horrible. =)
I might check it out to see if these changes make it worth it. Thank you for the update.

You can watch one of their twitch streams for 20 minutes and get 15 points, also 5 points for spending 10-20 minutes on their site. These are 20 points per day for doing nothing, plus if you visit the site everyday you get calendar bonuses and most of the daily quests are "change avatar" "change border" "read an article" etc.

You have to activate the Arena Rewards Tracker on the twitch stream, too.
You can usually get 25-50 ARP per week by idling Steam games for 1 hour, too.

I tried from time to time, different web browsers, operating systems. different times. Nothing worked. It seems like the watching streams feature is just unavailable for me.
Had not problem with playing games on Steam reward or the random quests.

you need to allow the twitch app to count you progress, but this is not stated anywhere, i found this on reddit when i encountered the same issue
