Obviously, you don't accept the second gift. You contact the giveaway creator and ask him to re-roll for another winner.

If you can't get any response from the creator for some reason, create a support ticket from the top menu and ask the mods for assistance.

Don't do anything with the key (no trading, regifting, giving it to friends) and make a support ticket. Post in the second giveaway asking for it to get rerolled.

You keep both games, use the second one to trade and make profit, fooling the SG system.

Of course not, you contact the creator of the second giveaway and ask him to re-roll. :)

If both are the dev giveaways, post a comment on the one you want to have rerolled. (not the one that you redeemed the key from)
