Hi GameSetGo, we are currently in the process of clearing out all our old join requests on Steam and I came across yours. I see you applied twice (second time here) but neither of the games have currently enough playtime for it to be approved. I would like to know if you would still be interested to join the group?
If I won't get a reply in a week I will simply decline the request, but you would still be welcome to join at a later time once you have beaten either of the games.

I was suggested this group by DannyDaemonic, who recently won one of my giveaways. I love the idea! I'm always down to give a solid try to a new game, and I love trying out new indie games! Count me in please! I might also throw up some group-exclusive giveaways in the future!

Well, I've got 4 achievements in it now, and 71 minutes, and i have to say...not my cup of tea, haha....what a microtransaction fest. But it was the free version of Steep, essentially, I knew what I was getting into :)

Well, if you won this game as part of Playing Appreciated you'd be expected to play it to the group standards - at least 50% of it's main story (median) and get at least the same number of achievements that 50% of players got. For long games such as this one (basically anything 10 hours or longer), the playtime expectation is relaxed and does not have to exceed 5 hours, but this is still quite a bit longer than 1.2 hour.

I think I'd like to switch to another game, if you don't mind, one that I don't have a bad taste for already. I picked up The Flame in the Flood on the most recent Humble Jumbo Bundle, and I can quite easily see myself reaching this groups requirements for that game. You can take a look at my stats for other roguelike genre games in my library, such as The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Dungeons of Dreadmor, and Enter the Gungeon to see that I'm up to this task. I won't let you down :)

You playtime and achievements for the second game would probably get you a pass had it been a group giveaway, so no need to be dismayed. I'll be happy to approve a group join request, and I don't think there's a reason for you to be too concerned. Just make sure to enter giveaways for games that you are likely to enjoy, and you probably won't have difficulties fulfilling the relatively modest requirements for playing them.

Hello, I'd like to join using the first option, as I currently don't really have anything interesting to give away.
The game I chose to play is "Pahelika: Revelations HD".
Could you please tell me if this is ok? I've been postponing playing this game for a week already due to busy season at work and can't wait to try it, but it's the only SteamGifts win I haven't played yet so I don't want to mess something up here :D

I had some technical issues at the beginning - I even had to reinstall it three times - but in the end it was more than worth it. I loved the classic adventure without illogical hidden objects scenes (which I generally enjoy, but it's nice to play something different now and then). Actually I enjoyed it enough to buy the first part of "Pahelika" just to get the whole story :D
I didn't manage to get one of the achievements. I just couldn't break the one-minute-mark on jigsaw puzzles and at some point it became more annoying than fun so I think I'll just leave it for now and maybe 100% this game sometime in the future.

You can write in the giveaway description that there is a small chance that the key might not work and that anyone who enters the giveaway will agree to deletion when the key doesn't work. In the end the winner needs to comment in the giveaway that it agrees to deletion when the key didn't work, then the giveaway will be deleted by support if you make a ticket with a link to that comment.

Hey there, I'd like to join. Just finished Fault-Milestone 1 last night, so I have 3 gifts completely finished.
Going to play Ame no Marginal to finish, but it has no achievements.
trying to play They bleed pixels, but it's a really hard game.
Also, I have lots of HB keys laying around. First gifts to the group would be Puzzle Agents 1 & 2. They sound fun, but I don't have the time to play these. Rather play gifts from my wishlist.

What is FTL? It needs to be in your Steam library and the game should have achievements. After you specified a valid game, you can comment again once you've finished it and the invitation will be approved when it was indeed played. :)

Any time range you want. I would recommend it making it at least 1 day long (maybe 2 since people are busy with holidays right now). It can be any game you want as long as it has not been given away before (they have 2 stars next to their name when selecting the game to make a giveaway). Other than that no rules!

Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played. The group has more than 1000 members and over 25000 historical giveaways.
