It's not scam. It's just, when you register on the site, you need to do surveys, watch videos, download stuff in order to get points. When you get enough points you can choose a free game. I did this once(and it was painfully long and boring) to get Lightfish, and to my surprise they actually sent me a gift of the game.
So don't worry, it's not a scam site, just a very obnoxious one.

Some of games was on sales,bundles and such thus it used to scam others using your vaule.
