Every 2nd week my boss ask my why my work 50% worse than last week and my answer is that this week IG demotivated me again with a monday bundle.
Oh well, i actually might play the tower defense one but on the screenshots not much to see what that game is about, lost god still might be a good one tho and the salem witch for an easy nonachievementspam perfect game which counts to stats.

You do not get this right.
You get motivated because everything you do at work can only be good or exceptional in comparison to the quality if this bundle.

Lost God looks interesting enough to justify a group buy.

Same feeling here. I'm trying to resist since I really should stop buying more games than I can play in a lifetime, but I do kinda want Lost God and I don't have too many of the rest and ....

You tell me .... I'm still resisting on this one but I failed to resist the Rocksmith deal over at Gamesplanet today even though my guitar is currently out of order and I can't afford the bass I want any time soon (probably could sooner if I stopped buying games!) But it has been a long time since it was last this cheap, what if it will never be this cheap again??! (Of course now that I bought it it will probably be cheaper or bundled by next week, hah.)
And don't get me started on the Humble Monthly. I'm glad that I'm soon done with my yearly sub that I regretted for various reasons since day one, so I don't have to feel locked in anymore, but who am I kidding, I'll probably buy every one month-to-month spending more money in the process because FOMO ....
At least I'm getting better about not preordering Groupees bundles ;P

But Groupees still lures me in from time to time with their music bundles!
Yeah FOMO extends to music as well........
But getting better too at resisting their game bundles!
Not really regretting the annual sub for Humble, so I fear I will cave again........
And........I need a new laptop, so I can play those games that I keep buying!
But.....maybe I should buy less games in order to have more money for a laptop.

are we serious? I mean.. seriously, I get that the (expensive, compared to Fanatical for instance) 2+ tier can be good at times, but really 1€ for 3 games costing 0,99€ while not discounted and being just simple shovelwares? Passing everything this time, 0 games with cards and the ASCII shovelwares that probably will be sooner or later hopefully even taken out from the Steam store..

Why not try a GroupBuy then? I see some GroupBuy hosts from Europe that still have reservation spots left (you need them to be from Europe so that you don't pay extra fees when paying).

That's all fine and good and if I am buying it just to give it all away and not to keep any of the games then okay, yeah maybe, but otherwise I find that what frequently ends up happening is the game gets rebundled later in a more attractive deal with a better mix of games. Honestly, with so many games to play I dont really feel the urgency to jump on any deal that isn't somewhere near 'too good to pass up'. For me at least there is a stark contrast in the level of incentive felt when already having many games versus not having that many.

I'd say any IG bundle is worth group buying if you can find one game that you want to play, and the value of that game is more than 2 dollars.

Lost God looks like it might be the gem in this. Bad Bots Rise doesn't look bad. King of Eggs looks like it would be kool if for couch coop type players. I'm not into tower defense but Electromaze Tower Defense looks very colorful :)

Yeah, this has been a trend lately -- one hidden gem amongst the trash. Lost God looks great, and it's not even really my style of game.

Yeah unfortunately some sites have to do that to sell bundles. With the overflow of things coming into steam sometimes a really good game gets lost in the mix and gets no exposure. So the devs go to a site to put their game into a bundle in hope to get some income for all their time and hard work they put into it. Then the bundle launches and they see their game is launched in a bundle with asset flips and other games being thrown and added on steam for the sole purpose to get cards out .. that has to be a crappy feeling and even more of a crappy feeling they are getting the same amount of money with "devs"(I use the word devs extremely loosely) who don't care and put out trash.
