Seems like you need to create a new giveaway group, then transfer the active members to the new group by posting a new announcement about the "reborn". The inactive members will remain in the old group (EDIT: Grammer, and thanks for the giveaway! EDIT 2: And I won one of the games, thanks alot man!)
