Hi, it seems the BenQ model got more useful features. I like the Asus Model's design. I should pay 383$ for BenQ RL2755HM and 443$ for ASUS MG248Q. thanks for help.

Too overpriced for me, my K242HL Acer monitor 1080p 24' monitor does the job for me, only 130 euro.

They are both pretty decent, you probably won't tell the difference spec wise if you tried using both. The Asus looks a lot nicer though, and i am not a huge fan of BenQ so i voted for the Asus.

Do you see 2 ms difference in response time in twitch shooter gaming? If yes, the BenQ. If no, the ASUS.
Do you want the monitor to display roughly the same colours if you are not looking at it directly at a perfect angle? If yes, the ASUS, if no, the BenQ.
Do you need every square centimeter on your desk, including the small area in front of the monitor? If yes, the BenQ, if no, the ASUS.
Do you plan to buy a video card in the next 0-3 years that will cost more than 300 USD? If yes, neither, get one with a FreeSync or GSync support.

so which one is more eye friendly? does the ASUS have better image quality? I really don't need more than 60hz or better than 5ms response. I don't need 3D neither. but these are my options in the range.

Eye-friendly how? ASUS has an IPS panel, so better colours and they have a good software-enhanced contrast. BenQ has TN panel, so it reflects any movement better, but unless you are hawkeyed to see the difference between 1 ms and 5 ms, it brings no advantages.

If you don't mind the terrible viewing angles, get the BenQ, since it is a good brand and their monitors are good. If you want to see it from more angles (for example, two people sitting in front of it), then you need the IPS panel of the ASUS. They also make nice monitors. This is the most fundamental difference between them, and probably the biggest (only?) deciding point.

They're are both ok about the same as each other but if I had to go with any I'd choose the BenQ simply because of it's response time being 1ms where as the Asus is 5ms

Go for Asus only reason is because of 144Hz refresh rate where BenQ has only 60Hz , they both have 1ms from what I see dunno where people are getting 5ms on asus maybe abit different model? On my local shop shows 1ms => http://gigatronshop.com/monitori/asus_led_24_mg248q_full_hd-83641
