How to add another launch option.

Hello again steam's center of knowledge. I have a question for you (again) When i click play on some games like Doom i get presented with options. "Play The Ultimate Doom" and "Play The Ultimate Doom with classic controls" Is there a way where i can add a third option so i can launch Doom 64 EX through Ultimate Doom?
