Missing games on giveaway list (not on free list)

I received an email from OtakuMaker giving me some keys to replace some Greenlight games that didn't make the cut. From the list, I couldn't create giveaways for two games:

Those games aren't on the free list, but they don't appear on the giveaway list. Any clues?

i definatly got both last week for free so the thread probably hasnt been updated.

Yeah, I figured it could be free somewhere but I couldn't figure how to check it.

We have an official bundled games list, but only that thread with free games. It is a bit hard to discover something this way. :)

It's just unofficial list, so it doesn't cover all of them. Head Shot and Shot Shot Tactic were free. Here and here.
