There is a way to bypass the UNAVAILABLE page.
Delete unavailable/ and hit enter, try to time it just right and press the Escape (Esc) key, this should cancel loading the page. In doing so it will NOT redirect to unavailable.
First time it may say you are not logged in, click and login ... repeat the refresh and Escape trick, now it should have the input voucher code.
Type WINTER. The wheel should now be clickable, though the centre button is a fuzzy broken image button. Click it regardless and it will spin.
I am in Australia, have the unavailable page BUT did this and works fine.

I just found out after trying this for the second time, that this can be abused to spin the wheel (probably) infinite times... so I guess that it is only a matter of time until this way is removed.

If I manage to get to spin the wheel it just gives me:
"Houston we have a problem

Edit: Don't know if it's related to the suggestion below but it no longer redirects me to "unavailable". Still getting the error...

Same, what's weird is that if I browse the website in english it autoredirects to "unavailable", with any other language I get to spin but then get the "houston" error.
