Solved. 5 hours of my life lost because the GAs are all level 2, not even one is lower (nor it was mentioned they are lvl2... there should be a rule to mention what lvl the GAs are in the description). I am sad now... bump....

If you are only in it for the giveaway a good hint for puzzles is to check OP's profile to see what level invite only giveaways they've created.
