GameFly Sale Question

I don't know how many of you know but GF is having a sale on a select few PC games. CoD 4 is one of them and I am actually really interested in buying it. But my question is, is it redeemable on Steam? Because I know that GF has their own app that is sorta like Steam and I'm thinking it's redeemable on there. So any of you guys know?
