Is there a way to give away a game that is already in my Steam library? I've got a number of games I don't want...

The only thing you can do about them is asking the Steam Support to remove them from your account and providing a good excuse, otherwise you are damned to have them forever in your account. (Free games can be removed easily tought)

You don't need to come up with a good excuse

You may cease use of a Subscription at any time or, if you choose, you may request that we terminate your access to a Subscription

Oh, never I read this (I should tough). Never asked to remove a game from my account, a friend of mine did and told me that they asked why would he wanted it removed. But I suppose it would be easily explainable.

As Jasmine said, "No." You can't give away a game that's been activated on your account. You can give away a game that's in your inventory, but not something that's been activated.

there's been cases of steam support removing game from library on demand, for example in cases of locked games, but it removes it and you don't get giftable copy. Also do you really want to go through pain of contacting Support just to remove a game? ;p

You can always hide it from your library. Just go into the Category thingy.
