How long does IndieGala support typically take to respond?

I got the first reply the same day, the others came either the same day or 2 working days later.

did you try all normal stuff? logout, restart, different browser?
i had it empty for a while. in my case keys showed up when i logged in from my pc, instead of one i bought it on

Blank entry as in you can't see any of the titles and keys in your profile? It might take a couple of days to fix, happened to me before too.

I had a similar issue (with the codemasters bundle I belive), took them two days to respond. Before that, I actually fixed it myself: bought the bundle again for only 1 cent and my keys were there.

I've been trying to create an IndieGala account so I can redeem those free games they were giving away. I've filled out the form twice on seperate days and have yet to receive a confirmation email. I'm not sure if it's related but something seems wrong with their service.

I wait 2 weeks for fixing no feedback from IG GA winner. Before they responded me there in about 1 week
