Pretty sure it depends on the coupon. I remember people stacking 50% off coupons on The Talos Principle when it was already 75% off on steam. I think the game was regularly $40 on sale for $10 and people were getting it for $5. Unfortunately I couldn't get a coupon.

A couple minutes ago I've receibed a 40% discount coupon to use in INSIDE. The difference with the standart coupon, it's that this doesn't include the "Can't be added to another discounts".
Maybe it's a stupid question but, it's possible use 2 coupons and get a highest discount?
