What The Hell! Phantom Giveaways

Serious, almost half of the giveaways I enter close/dissapear before they finish. I'm looking at you Borderlands GOTY.

Is there a reason as to why this happens so frequently? And is there a way to refund the point you spent entering the draw?

Thanks for taking the time to read my read, hopefully this gets fixed.

It probably happens because it got removed by the mods for not being legitimate or something.

Pretty sure that the points are refunded.

Try reporting it directly if you if you haven't already done so. Such bugs like not getting your points back should be reported as soon as possible so no one else misses out on their points being refunded.

You should report it if you're having issues. However in the past when this has happened to me the points were refunded assuming the time had not expired yet.

A lot of stuff gets modded out for various reasons. Firstly are the Humble Bundles when they are active, the bundled games people tried to pawn off, then now when people are not giving the bundle as a 'whole url'. Other times games are just obviously scams and are deleted.

Yeah, it finished when it said it would finish. I'm not quite sure what the issue is here, the giveaway wasn't removed, it just ended.

Just a small reminder; points that get refunded when you already have 300 will only end up being over the cap for a few seconds and return back to 300.

Sometimes I've noticed a problem that I enter giveaway, pay my points and after a while, it shows that I haven't entered the giveaway and I have to enter it again, even though my points haven't been refunded.
