Yes, and it seems they expect us to be 24/7 online.
Part 4 and 5 are free to claim in an hour and will last again only for a few hours.

The only one I was missing were part 2 and 3. I managed to get 3 and am a little annoyed that I missed the second.
Still I guess I shouldn't complain I did get one of them and it's free so...

Oh snap, that's tough luck.
I missed part 2 as well, but don't really care that much. Yeah it's free but I think it's ok to point out how dumb it is to make it free on Steam for only a couple of hours just to ensure that many people are missing out on it. It could be a strategy to motivate people into buying the missing parts, but who knows?!

I think that's exactly their strategy, and I won't complain because what they did is already more generous than to not make them free at all. Ofcourse the perception of most people is that if something was free at some point, to make it free only for a limited time is like "taking it away" from the person who missed the time window. It's not an elegant way to handle this promo because of this expectation+reaction pattern.
