Bought a trading card to craft a badge... Did not get the card, but they still charged me.

Tried to buy the Unlimited Item Works (RPG Maker VX Ace) card. It gave me an error saying that it couldn't complete the transaction and that no funds were lost... but it still charged me the 21 cents for the card and I didn't get the card.

And of course, Steam support is down. This is such bullcrap. So I'm screwed now? Ugh...

Edit: And now like 10 minutes later it finally appears in my inventory. False alarm~
