Word processing treats superscript as a font formatting, but Unicode can't dynamically modify characters in the same way. As such, it's not a matter of supporting a character or not, since actual "conversion" to superscript never happens- rather, Unicode has separate blocks for superscript and subscript characters. Sites like the one I linked merely match basic characters to their closest super/subscript counterparts.
Since Unicode is primarily concerned with including such characters for their usage in math and science notation, it typically only includes characters with functions related to those fields, outside of basic Latin alphabet characters and numbers.
In short, pretty sure no katakana characters are listed in unicode's superscript or subscript blocks. :X

Fine, I surrender.
As if you'd give in that easily. And, judging by that image, it seems you've already slipped your way out of this one..

My first experience ever going to enter a giveaway and seeing...
"You do not have permission to view this giveaway, since you've been blacklisted by the giveaway creator."
I died inside. :(
If you don't mind my asking though, do you remember why you blacklisted me? Just curious.

Hu, blacklisted. You're on my whitelist. Guess I said something you didn't like. If you wanna enlighten me comment on an old giveaway or whatever. Gonna remove you from my whitelist at least. You're not missing anything anyway.

Blacklisted as well. I see in the comments that this user has blacklisted quite a lot of people, so be it.

Just gonna point out that Humble's order resender sends direct links to all of your purchases, straight to your e-mail.
If you're getting a bunch of invalidated keys or gift links, you may wanna check that your e-mail is still secure before anything else.
