I'm all for it, because this isn't even about the taxes. It's about that guy that owns that little shop down the street who is losing business because people can buy the things he sells for less online. It allows little local merchants to be able to compete a little better with big online retailers. Of course this is never going to allow little local businesses to be FULLY competitive with the online megapowers who get things at huge discounts for buying in bulk, but it surely helps.
