Steampowered/community Unable to be loaded

As the title says, Steampowered and the community are unable to be loaded on a specific computer (Laptop). This does not include steam support. Also, this happens in both browser & steam client, but not on my desktop. This just happened recently, and I thought it would sort itself out, but it hasn't. :(

FYI The steam client still allows me to install and update games, and view online friends as if it were normal. Loading any page in the store or community gives me an error though.

EDIT1: Forgot to mention I can get back to the store and community by using a proxy, but all the proxies I've tried are horribly slow, so I would rather not have that be my solution.
