Is this a non-bundle worth buying?

View Results
[Buy] $6.25 per game sounds legit. For me, one of these is better than a whole month of Choice.
[Have] Thank the deity that I already have these games. I can spend my bundle budget on something else instead.
[Skip, no VR] Errrrrmmm no? Not even if I had a VR set.
[Skip, VR] I'm not really info Bethesda products.

They make you work for VR bundles now? Pfff. ;)
Thanks Lilly

Already have Doom & Wolfenstein so it's too costly for Fallout & Skyrim alone as they go as low as 10€ when on sale

If only I knew they play well on Oculus Quest 2. Would be very expensive if they didn't. Anyone?

That would depend on your pc as you're getting the steam version of the games, Skyrim is also extremely modeable so it should work no matter what.

My PC is good enough to play anything, it's brand new. But I know that not all VR games on Steam will be playable on all VR-sets. So I wanted to know if anyone with a Oculus Quest 2 could let me know if hey have played any at all of those games.

That would apply for older HMDs and mostly to the controllers but completely moot with Steam letting you change bindings, any modern HMD is compatible with any and all Steam VR games (real games not abandoned demos). As for your question, yes they do work with the Quest 2.

Btw, claiming your PC is brand new says nothing at all, there's still new low-end hw being manufactured...

They work on the Quest 2 as well as they work on any HMD.

All I'm saying is that Skyrim and Fallout 4 require some fine tuning and you REALLY want to mod them to make 'em playable without hurling.

Strong suggestions: Look for the mod(s) that make your body visible. Else you will have disembodied hands. Pretty sure it's called VRIK.
Spell Wheel is supposed to be helpful as well.

Thing to keep in mind. Not only is the Quest 2 the most-used HMD on Steam VR, most Steam VR users are using a Quest 2.

The only games I worry about compatibility for my Quest is really OLD VR games, and anything by IF. The idiots at IF gave their porting partner explicit directions to support the two most popular headsets at the time. The problem is that rather than use the OpenVR/Steam VR API, they went and coded it to work directly with (just) that hardware. So they won't even work with compatible later HMDs by Oculus and HTC).

So basically don't buy any of the Neptunia VR games. They won't work on your Quest 2, nor any other modern headset.

Seems this same pack has been around for quite a while, since 2019 and 2021 for $43, this time it's for $25. I seem to be one of the few ones that own a VR headset and doesn't own any of them, i don't really know if i want to get it though, only interested in Skyrim and Doom.

After checking SteamDB i found the individual prices are basically the same, if they go lower (as they should) then this pack is a ripoff.

Edit: Just realized the dollar went down in my country last week which makes this a much better deal than it was so i just had to get it.

not the worst bundle from Fanatical

IMO, Skyrim VR is the only one worth it and even then only with a bunch of mods. Better to get that one on sale than this overpriced "bundle".

WW subs for all?

I would assume so, at least Fanatical's API doesn't list any region locks.
They're probably store subs, but note that the store sub for Wolfenstein: Cyberpilot doesn't activate in Saudi Arabia

recently got a quest 2 and these seem like staple games to get. Play 'the Lab' then play these.

If I didn't already own DOOM and Wolfenstein I probably would've considering picking these up. That said I heard Skyrim and FO4 don't even include the DLCs.
