FYI - I don't know if you created all the assets for your first game from scratch or started from a generic base that you then customized, but it kinda looks like a trash game maybe took some of your graphics and altered them a bit (the main character and stone background, at least):

My original game was loosely based on HearBeast's tutorials for GameMaker, and he gave me permission to use/modify some assets. This person obviously just took the short tutorial and flipped it as a full game. Someone already called them out in the discussions. Can't stop people from being people. I've forwarded your concerns to Ben.
