So, I'm a bit confused here. Last I checked my ratio was at 0.41. I have since done a bunch of giveaways (bundled as well as unbundled games) which should have boosted my ratio, but it's still sitting at that very same number. That doesn't seem right to me. So I was wondering, is there a problem with SGTools not syncing stats properly? I can't seem to find a manual sync button like there is here on SG. Any ideas?

Where does it show my won/sent ratio on there? And why does SGTools tell me I have failed the ratio check if it's okay?

I may have not been clear, but I am trying to pass a SGTools requirements check and it tells me it's 0.41 even though it should be 0.60 or something.

Could it be that base price has dropped for some of the games on your older giveaways, losing you some real CV? I think that's a thing but I'm not sure.

I came back to this site recently after a good while away and think my CV dropped a fair bit in terms of $$$. Just last week it was over $6100 when I checked on SG tools, Now I'm on $6087 despite giving away 6 bundle games for a few dollars of CV.

That's very possible yes. Actually, I've had that happen before. Dropped from level 6 to 4, due to games being added to bundles later I suppose.

But the problem here is that my Real CV sent/won ratio according to SGTools is showing the same number (0.41) as it did 3 days ago, even though it should have changed due to my most recent giveaways (0.61).

Thank you!!! This is exactly what I was looking for!

And any idea why it take so long to replace the old cache automatically?
