About Toejam and Earl, there was a kickstarter campaign a few years back.
It was successfully funded (I'm a backer), but have been delayed for a very long time now.
They are still working on it.

Gabriel Knight and maybe Full Throttle, but I don't really believe that Jane Jensen and Tim Schafer are still able to actually write. Another Tex Murphy game would be awesome, I enjoyed Tesla Effect almost as much as older games. And, as illogical it would be story-wise, I'd still love to see The Longest Journey Home.
As for more modern series, it would be nice to see The Book of Unwritten Tales and Chains of Satinav / Memoria sequels.

After the flop that was LoL 3, it's unlikely that we'll see any other games. Only the first LoL has aged well, and LoL 2 has aged terribly (LoL 2 was the first game I played in the series, and heck, one of the first PC games that I owned, so the nostalgia should be there, but going back to it was just painful!)

007 Games done right (revival of that classic Goldeneye feel) hough I did like Activision's treatment with Quantum of Solace and Goldeneye was decent everything else was ok and the old ps2 / gamecube ones were good

Oh, "The Movies"! I would love a second installment. Or even the first installment on a digital platform, I would love to play it again!
And it is a great list, I think! A big plus for Elder Scrolls (agree with you about the question mark regarding the ongoing part), Age of Empires (will believe in IV when I will see it released), Mount and Blade (Bannerlord has been announced for 5 years already, I think), Black and White and especially Age of Mythology (although I wouldn't mind the Aztec or Celtic gods for the current one, it is one of the few "old" games that I still love playing!).
